We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in sales acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and executing strategies to meet their business objectives, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with internal teams, including Creative, Strategy, and Digital, to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage all aspects of their accounts, including project management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and branding strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Manage the execution of projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts and develop plans to capitalize on those opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales acquisition targets and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients and follow up with them to close sales.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, with a strong background in sales acquisition.
- Preferably with experience in Marketing/Branding agency in US or International markets
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to develop insights and recommendations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven experience in client management

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
