HR Manager [Nigeria]


 

NOSH.NG is in search for a HR Manager to take control of HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Experience in human resources or related field.
  • Experienced use of computers for different tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consults with management on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the management and all employees.
  • Ensuring a sustained continuous pool of employable potential recruits.
  • Managing the welfare of staff and management, making sure everyone is happy ‘with the job’ to a reasonable extent.
  • Assigning new recruits to trainers and carry out evaluations to confirm a recruit is fit for work.
  • Planning and oversee employee benefits programs, salaries, and bonuses.
  • Handling staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₦200,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
