NOSH.NG is in search for a HR Manager to take control of HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Experienced use of computers for different tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consults with management on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the management and all employees.
- Ensuring a sustained continuous pool of employable potential recruits.
- Managing the welfare of staff and management, making sure everyone is happy ‘with the job’ to a reasonable extent.
- Assigning new recruits to trainers and carry out evaluations to confirm a recruit is fit for work.
- Planning and oversee employee benefits programs, salaries, and bonuses.
- Handling staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
