JOB OUTLINE
To achieve on-time performance and customer service standards while managing the operational teams in Departure Terminal, Arrival, Ramp service and other services relevant to flight movement. The incumbent should possess following mini- mum requirements;
Successful completion of Senior Secondary School Examination with 4 credits including a credit for English
Preferably with 4 years of work experience in Airport Service
The ideal candidate for this key role will additionally have thefollowing skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or reservation’s role Confident applying your admin skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- An ability to make timely and accurate decisions in high-pressureenvironment
