Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Our team leads PwC’s food and beverage operations and supply chain management. As part of this team, you will assist with incoming order management, dietary restriction provisions, stock management, timely delivery of items and other day to day operations.

岗位职责：

1.服从厨师长的工作安排，负责餐品原料的接货、分类储存、清洗加工及烹饪

2.熟悉各种食品原料和切配烹饪制作技术，负责食品原料的保存和保洁、保鲜，根据厨师长布置的任务和菜单要求，及时地做好原料准备和加工切配烹饪工作

3.采取主辅料搭配和以低补高的办法，合理使用和综合利用原料，注意成本核算，控制用料标准和毛利率

4.严格执行《食品卫生法》和各项卫生制度，确保食品安全，做到切配场地台面干净整洁，各种工具盛器清洁卫生，个人卫生符合要求

5.相关设备设施的保养工作

6.领导安排的其他临时工作

任职要求：

1.有从事酒店西餐工作3-5年或以上的厨师或帮厨的工作经验，有西餐及基本中餐操作经验，在国际连锁四星级酒店以上工作者优先。

2.高中以上或同等学历。

3.有食品卫生安全意识，熟悉食材的基本知识

4.工作积极主动，有责任感和团队合作精神，抗压力强

5.有独立思考的能力，对菜品和业务内容能提出改善意见。

6.无不良记录
