- Performing scalp treatments.
- Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair care retail products.
- Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
- Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the store.
- Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
- Provide professional analysis, consultant and advice customer on suitable hair & scalp product and treatment
- Update Sales Consultants of customers' scalp and hair condition for follow up.
- Handle customer requests and enquiries
- Build and establish strong customer relationship
