Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor degree S1 5+ years experience in sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills English & Bahasa
Motivated, Honest & reliable Strongly service oriented
High levels of energy and a huge dose of optimism & positivity
Creative in finding new ways to sell our packaging products
Ability to build long-term trustful customer relationships
Accurate in reporting and organising data
Responsible :
Managing sales through the development of a business plan
Set individual and team sales targets
Track sales goals and report results
Monitor sales team activity and performance
Coordinating with marketing to bring in leads (lead generation)
Developing the team through motivation, counselling, and knowledge of the product
Promoting organizations and products
