KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily bank reconciliation and make it the primary control over cash. Limit document-based controls to exception
- Ensure monthly incoming payments and make relevant postings for A/R collection
- Prepare and share the monthly report for accounts receivable with ageing analysis and timely follow-up
- Monitor uncollected accounts receivable
- Monitor daily cash balance and support the cashflow forecast on a monthly basis for working capital management
- Calculate the accrued interest for the period.
- Control corporate credit card, threshold and gift certification
- Manage expenses claim and responsible for CONCUR system
- Manage vendor and employee master
- Prepare the filing for output VATs with 100% reconciliation to VAT G/L account balance in SAP
- Prepare the supporting documents by auditor’s request on the internal / external Audit
- Support both Accounting and Treasury manager for ad-hoc works
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- 1 year's experience in a similar role in a medium to large international organization
- SAP experience is must
- Good command of English (Both spoken & written)
- Good computer skill, especially with excel
- Analytical and problem solving skill
- Team & Multi player based on strong communication skill
